Results:

Company communication was improved and productivity enhanced. The company was also able to attract talent that resonated with their culture and created the work environment desired.

Problem:

At the peak of Covid, mid 2020, Art of Skincare rapidly grew from 6 employees to 20 employees. This huge shift required restructuring and clarity around roles, the company's values, and company culture.

Solution:

  • Executive workshopping and team interviews helped create a renewed vision and role clarity across the company.

  • Values and culture synthesized into copy for their website so they could attract talent that resonated with their culture.

  • Roles clearly defined and tasks reassigned as needed to create a more cohesive and productive team.
