Problem:
At the peak of Covid, mid 2020, Art of Skincare rapidly grew from 6 employees to 20 employees. This huge shift required restructuring and clarity around roles, the company's values, and company culture.
Solution:
Executive workshopping and team interviews helped create a renewed vision and role clarity across the company.
Values and culture synthesized into copy for their website so they could attract talent that resonated with their culture.
Roles clearly defined and tasks reassigned as needed to create a more cohesive and productive team.
